Using
Paint Shop Pro's text tool choose a font .( I used 48 pnt. Crown
Title in this tutorial)
Select white for your foreground color.
Place your text on the screen Don'tdeselect it.
Select IMAGE>OTHER>HOT WAX
5 times.
Select COLORS>COLORIZE
(Hue 150, Saturation 75)
Select
the AIRBRUSH tool from the tool palette
and streak the text from side to side
(Color white, Size 7, Opacity 16,Hardness
0, Density 100, Step 25)
