  • Set the foreground color to light green.
  • Using paint shop pro's text tool choose a font .( i used 48 pnt. liquid crystal in this tutorial)
  • Place your text on the screen and deselect it.


  • Select IMAGE > OTHER > DILATE5 times.


  • Select IMAGE > BLUR > BLUR MORE
  •  Set the foreground color to black.
  •  Then place the text in the center Don't deselect it.
  • Select SELECTIONS > MODIFY > FEATHER
    (pixels 2).
  •  Select the FILL tool from the tool palette and fill green area within the selection.
  • Set the foreground color to light green.
  • Using the text tool center the text in the black area.
