This great little app cuts an image into smaller pieces which can then be used in other applications or on your webpage in a table as buttons etc. and it even produces the html to create the table for you. Picture dicer will output the resulting slices as .BMP .DIB .GIF ..JPG .PCX .TGA or .TIFF images.
